Original manuscript - the original manuscript for this study is in the form of a 122 page book.  Its size makes it impossible to make this complete source available on- line via the WMF Cognitive Abilities Archive.  Most large university libraries should either have a copy of this book or should be able to access it via inter-library loan.  WMF owns the original copy used by Dr. Carroll and, under certain circumstances made via special requests, may be able to copy and share select portions for use by other researchers.
