I have found that I constantly have pushed revising this archive off to later dates given that each revision takes considerable amount of time, primarily because of all the subtopic branches included in the first 5 versions of this project.  The complexity of the archive has made it difficult for me to maintain and update this archive on a regular basis.  Thus, effective 12-27-10 I have dramatically reduced the scope of the archive.  I have deleted all the subcategory branches.  It simply takes to much time.  Readers interested in organizing all the Flynn Effect references by subtopics (e.g., articles dealing with theories and causal mechanisms; articles by different tests; etc.) will need to do this work on their own.

Simple is good and necessary---so the primary goal of the archive can be achieved---to be as "up-to- date" as possible at any given time.
